The sizable yard, enclosed by tall privacy hedges, offers space to dine, relax, play and enjoy the simple pleasures of being outdoors on beautiful Nantucket.

Inside, you’ll find a modern, fully
appointed kitchen with 5-burner gas
range and stainless appliances including a dedicated wine fridge. There’s also a separate butler’s pantry with second sink and coffee station. The main floor’s open concept provides ease of conversation between the kitchen, dining, and living room. While the bookshelf-lined den and the bright sunporch offer separate spaces for quiet retreats. The lower level provides yet another living space— the large family room with sectional sofa and big screen TV.

Rest & Relax
The main floor has a queen sized bedroom with adjacent full bath, and upstairs finds three additional bedrooms— the king with ensuite access to the 2nd full bath; another queen bedroom; and a charming two twin + trundle kids’ room. A fifth sleeping option is also available on the lower level. Individual air conditioners in each bedroom. Central air in living spaces.
